Refund Policy

At Trending Ray, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@trendingray.com to initiate your return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item.

  • An incorrect product.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before sending it back.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase without providing a reason. The item must still meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@trendingray.com.

9. Our Promise
If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 7 days, you can return the product for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs.
