Shipping Commitment – Trending Ray
At Trending Ray, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free shipping experience.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver pan-India to most serviceable pin codes using trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others.
If your location is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after placing the order.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and link to monitor your order in real-time.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed or not delivered within 10 days, please email support@trendingray.com with your Order ID. Our team will escalate the matter immediately.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most products and eligible pin codes.
Payment can be made to the delivery agent via cash, UPI, or card.
Orders will be handed over immediately after payment collection.
